He went out:

1. To have a satay?
2. To check out Edison on the net?
3. Just got bored in the detention center?

All of the above. The police will have to:

1. Check all satay store
2. Trace the IP Address
3. Check all entertainment centres to test his skill in....

So this fella confirm up to something....if not why he chose to flee? :thumbsd: Wasting our tax payer resource....Will he better off sentense to death if recaptured?

heheh, think they cannot sentence him since his is detained without trial under ISA...wonder how this will turn out. now more than 16hrs since his escape

Now can charge him under escaping while under investigation lor... (is there such thing?)
Maybe purpose let him slip one... Hmmm...

Singapore Police very free this few weeks mar. Nothing to do....so let him go is a good exercise to teach those newbies how to spot for terrorist and hunt them down....:bsmilie:

Got put any chip on him? Or GPS failure?

No wonder I saw Guardsmen, SOC, Brunei army around... Wondering why they are so sure he is at Malcolm Park... hmm...

"The islandwide manhunt has fanned out to areas in Beauty World in Upper Bukit Timah and Goldhill Avenue near Barker Road.

Officers are also knocking on homes asking residents if they have seen the escapee.

Police have also formed a formidable blockade around Malcolm Park, near the Singapore Chinese Girls' School."

He can only hide in Hill.. hmm..

Don't worry... The "Police have also formed a formidable blockade around Malcolm Park, near the Singapore Chinese Girls' School."

How come SPF so sure he is still in Malcolm Park? If he can escape from a tighted security detention facility, what would this "formidable blockade" do. Since it is near SCGS, he might find ways to infiltrate (:dunno:not sure of the topography there but highly possible) into SCGS... If he could think of that, why not the SPF do a blockade at SCGS too.

Hmm... Recall Recall Recall!! All personnel are to pack their necessary equipment and report to their camp immediately. :p

It's not Brunei Army, those guys are Singapore Gurkha paramilitary using British DPM camouflage uniform and they can speak malay.

This is a serious situation, someone who has plans to harm Singaporeans has escaped and is in hiding.

He must be caught ASAP and the public demands a through investigation (public enquiry?) as to how this guy managed to escape.

Its not a matter of 'heads should roll', its how this situation came about and what the authorities are doing to prevent this. Catch this guy first and ask questions later.

Oic.... no wonder... I thought Gurkha wore Police Uniform with slanting hat (dunno what's that call)

The Gurkha's are paramilitary unit here and can be used for civilian police operation and military.
