Star jump and jumping jack the same meh? I think different leh...........

Star jump - all in squatting position with slightly tipping your feet. At the shout of jump, jump as high as you can and open up your legs and hands.

Jumping jack - in standing position, at the count of start - swing your hands straight up and clap above your head and at the same time you jump and open your legs sideway.

So this 2 set is totally different.......tio boh?
