Selective color as in the piggies are colored and the background is in b/w?
... never thought of it ... coz this editing is done via online sw.
i am limited to only - 1 solid command - either b/w whole photo or color whole photo.
if selective color, it will be a circle of my choice of size will be in color and anything out of the circle will be black and white. .... so i feel it defeats the purpose of selective coloring for the s/w i am using.
