Quite good what. Was any ND filter used? If there were more shadows on the Merlion, it could be better. But I guess if you do that then the exposure for the rest of the pics will be worse.

Feel that monotone is a hidden expression ...

Nope. No ND filters ...its done with LX3 Manual Mode exposure 10sec. Too much will result in Mr. Merlion overexpose which happened in a lot of the photos i took. Oh thanks for your compliment.

Not bad, but i think the horizon is tilted (you can see the buildings slanted to the left). I also feel that its under-exposed and framed abit too tight. If you can go wider a bit then I think it would be better.

You should try out Bedok Reservoir one day. Very nice place to shoot

:sweatsm: ask for a 77mm ND110, add a step up ring from 52 - 77mm, den next time when u upgrade to a DSLR, you can retain your ND filter and no need to re-request for 1.
