$2000?!?!? You can get for me as wel.....
:sweat:Lousy phone..... I thought they will include the options for changing camera lens. Not even a hotshoe to attach a more powerful flash? Only built in LED flash???? What a joke....
Worst of all, only 5 Mega Pixels? Even a D40 can do better than that.... It even lack the basic attachment for the strap... How am I going to hand this around my neck? Is there a grip for this baby? I'm afraid not....
At least the LCD screen is big enough... not that bad....
Sigh, I am going to get one when it is out.... hehehee.....
same goes for high-end functions like 12MP camera on certain phones... do you really need it? or other bells-and-whistles that other smartphones boast of having... do you really need it?
i just don't know why people are so bent at criticizing Apple for coming out with new stuff but praise their competitor for coming out with new stuff which (are good to have too but can't die without them)?
aiyo, why get so worked up? Really nothing fancy what. The video conferncing function is already available on Sony ericssson phone. Apple found that it is a big thing and call it FaceTime. What a name??
You work for Apple? How much does apple pay you to speak for them?
Ps. I'm using the iPhone to reply this post![]()
actually just a question, i've seen loads of cracked iphone screens.
won't it be better to put something else than glass? i mean, YES, it's scratch-resistant, but everyone i know who has an iphone puts the iphone in some case anyways...

I would suspect that any impact strong enough to crack the glass screen would damage any screen whatever it is made of.
i.e., for resistive type where the softer screen might remain intact, the sensors/electronics under the screen might be rendered non-functional. I got an LG Viewty that suffered an impact. The screen is intact, but no more display.
They made a point of making this glass bend.
I've yet to see an older one break, other than in a demonstration. One of the earliest I saw, they ran a car over it and it still worked.
i don't care about breaking, i care about cracked screens.
you can say "oh, never mind it can still be used", but seriously, you look like an idiot using a phone with a cracked screen, EVEN IF IT WORKS:

suppose can be replaced though?
Do you honestly think that Apple would allow users to update to the new OS? Their answer is of course you can... buy the new phone
