yeap it is the older version.. the one with the bigger filter diameter ( i think 72mm, instead of 67mm).

S$320 all in plus shipping. not to flame that ebay thread, but any transaction that does not accept paypal should be approached with extreme care. its very very risky, unless you know the seller well as bank/ wire transfers are non-traceable (e.g. western union) or ebay cannot intervene to recover your payment if it does not arrive. of course some sellers have their own reasons for not accepting paypal, but buyer beware.
