MS Color Update :

Contacted MS Color for their estimate when the E-P2 will arrive at their shop, and the reply was between 17th to 20th December.

No mention on stock availability, how many pieces or in what configurations (single zoom, pancake or dual lens kit). So for those who want to place a pre-order to confirm your piece, you might want to send them an email, and place a pre order.

I cannot do much this time since I will not be in Singapore to help sort out these things so contact your retailers if they can get the E-P2 sooner.

So that would mean that we have about 10 days to take up their purchase-with-purchase offer of a FL14 flash at $99 since it is only valid for the month of Dec 09. :dunno:

Now that you mention, it is crap isn't it? Retailers will most likely ask for an extension. Thanks for pointing this out.

But on the other hand, the E-P2 is already in Singapore and you should see reviewers walking around with them. So I don't understand why retailers have yet to get them. Hmmm....

I called up Olympus, they said not launched yet in Singapore, "maybe" middle of Dec, they are not even sure. Tried to buy one from them :bsmilie:, she hesitated, but can't do. Makes me want to buy overseas already, we shall see how it goes.

I think SG kena complained by overseas Oly offices for early deliveries. I was not aware of the changes. But I do know that they are sitting in the warehouse now. And that the media have them for reviews.

Seems like E-P2 stocks are readily available unlike GF1.

Is it coz there's not much demand on E-P2 or Oly prepares plenty of stocks?

Wahse… how to compare ep-2 just hit the shelves leh…
looking at the reservation list at all places it should be out of stock
pretty soon.

I have to agree that GF1 out of stock pretty fast too.
In fact the reason I reserved the ep2 is cause the stocks for gf1 and ep2 suppose to come in abt the same time
so I just reserved the latest product.
