ImageMixer 3 SE Ver.4 users?

Hi, i got this ImageMixer 3 SE Ver.4 software when i bought a Canon FS200 camcorder. (Same software for FS21 and FS22)

During editing i encountered this problem, whenever i added the "Titler" i can't view anything on the preview screen. When i deleted the titler, the video and audio are fine during previewing. But can't save into the computer....

Any user of this software, encounter same problem?

i have canon fs200 and if i transfer videos to my toshiba laptop on windows xp the video clips will not open and if i connect camera direct to laptop it will not recognise the camera. hope you can advise......... Dave
