I'm afraid I will have to lodge an official complaint about putting photos of yummy food on this thread especially when I cannot have any until I get there in May, shame on you, you are too cruel!

...ts started this thread with no restriction for fz200 images; except being bound by the cs-club rules....why wait for days to come, when there's a chinatown in sydney with lots of asian food and singapore food in melbourne as well or indonesian food in darwin sunday market.

Lol, he will have to spend a fortune to go to those places for Asian food. From Brisbane to Singapore it's one airfare and the food choices here are second to none. The anticipation will make him enjoy Singapore food more...drool. ...

Yes, Asian food is nearly as expensive as the airfares. Actually the airfare from Bundaberg to Brisbane(45 min flight) is nearly as expensive as the sector from Brisbane to Singapore. Domestic travel in Aust. is very dear.
Back to food, two years ago in Darwin (which has a large Asian population) at the night markets a seafood laksa would cost you $13 for a medium take away food container and you would have to take your own chair to sit down. Although nice it is not a patch on what you have in Sg.
If I could maybe make a suggestion of a photo shoot of hawker stall food for FZers, some time in May would be nice?

...no lah, choices aside; asian food in singapore is still not the best...better food in malaysia or even in hongkong!
