Why do my pictures look so grainy? Gallery Upload makes me resize so much that every thing looks so coarse, what am I doing wrong? Please, any help will be appreciated.

What's your processing software?
Do you further sharpen the output?

...my guess is, you probably have accidentally hit the multi-selector and gotten set a very high iso value, like 2500.
