Yes. Mainly because they are film compatible lenses.

If you get say a Sigma 17-50 DC lense, it's just 180 bucks. But no Minolta mount for these lenses and no idea if it would work.

Made a mistake. :embrass: It's not 17-50 but 18-50.

Sigma has 2 18-50 DC lenses: EX and non-EX. You should know which cost $180 and which cost $800.

I actually have that D70 in mind if I didn't get D7D. It is so damn cheap compared to when it was released.

Yeah. $1700 for a D70 kit is really a steal. If I don't already have a system I'd get it. Wallet friendly also.

Juz when i sold off the 3600HD(D).....about a month++ ago....i got one new one again......juz can't do without it......

Two flashes in play........5600HS + 3600HS....on its own is about a 2:1 ratio without any adjustments....based on their GN and positioning of flash with respect to subject.....
