Not a secret lah. I seriously doubt it can stop a 5.56mm or an AK74/47 5.45mm/7.62mm bullet striking at a 90-degree angle to the surface. (But maybe the latest generation of Kevlar helmet can?)

And remember that the enemy might also be employing 7.62mm or even 12.7mm sniper rounds!!!
