All our difficulty to sleep is the result of over-stimulation of our senses within the 2 or 3 hours before going to bed.

I would caution against looking at those P&S photos. Even you can sleep you may not have restful and peaceful sleep with the lingering XMM imagery in your not so innocent mind.
