If you aint well still, go see a doc tomorrow. It's 31dec08 so your mc count towards this year. Take yor medicine and have some really good rest.

It's an electrolyte (a bit of salt and sugar) and defo you should get some into yr system if you continue like this tomorrow

Yes, electrolyte a form of drink, Nisa.
For vomit and diahorrea, I went to a pharmacist at TTS hospital and she recommended me electrolyte salt. She said its has the same effect as drinking 100+. I paid less than $5 for the quick relief.

e.g. 1/2 teaspoon of salt + 2-3 teaspoons of sugar
if feeling nausia - then I wouldn't bother eating as well.....just drink lots of water plus electrolytes - you'll feel better faster
and SoreEyez suggestion of an orange ice lolly might help too
