my lower back was so painful just now, i had to ask my sister to come pick me up and drive my car home.

nope. i think it's just a side effect of the disc problem i had mid of last year.

errr not them, it's me. I don't think I can walk without pain at the moment.... :cry:

oh, take a much needed day off at home bah. looks like u'll be here most of the time, but i later go out Chinatown with friend. i need a new handheld broom w/o dustpan. strangely these thing oso like very hard to find... :rolleyes:

5 shops around my neighbourhood dun even have. lol. :sweat:

I am trying the hot compress now...

the pain killer is an anti-inflammatory. You've got inflammation around the spinal area which is therefore causing you pain. The hot compress is slow to reduce the inflammation and will need to be repeated several times.

A natural anti-inflammatory is turmeric. Teaspoon of turmeric in warm water followed by 2 glasses of water - drink slowly.....(turmeric is also a diuretic so will need to replace your water content) - 3 times a day
