Ahaha..... funny thread. You guys are hilarious....
Seriously though, lack of sleep is not good. I used to have insomnia in the past and tried out some sleep pills, prescribed of cos, but understood that it could lead to addiction or have other side effects..... then one doc gave me a form of relaxant which is non-addictive and not in the sleep pill category.... it's called Amitriptylene. Still need a prescription though but the side effects are negligible , or at least, doesn't affect me.
Do consult a doc and see what he says but if it's possible to avoid sleeping pills, avoid. Not a healthy thing to use.....
