If u are the seller then the package is worth >$1k.
If u are the buyer then the package is worth <$500.
And it also depends on what is the condition and wear and tear of the items.

I sold my D70s half yr ago at 620 with grip. Shutter count at 16k.

For ur package, i think a reasonable price would be around 900 for a buyer. Reason being D70 is an old horse. Some are letting go at < 500. The 18-70 is a nice lens worth arnd 320+. Additional items would be worth arnd 100 only.

U have to provide the shutter count of the body, the condition of lens and how old are these.

If you're lucky and convince the buyer, may get $900, likely at most.

Practical dollar value aside, D70/D70s is probably the best camera for Infra Red ( IR ) photography.
Try doing IR photography with D80 , it will be a pain in the a** .
D200 ? Practically impossible.
D40 ? Yes, but it will be a lot harder.

Try the 'Cannon' brand, you will have hotspot all over the place . hohoho......:bsmilie:

The fact that D70/D70s discontinued, I will be keeping my copy solely for IR purposes.
Cos it will be a pain the the a** looking for a IR friendly camera in the future.

I used to own one... pondered over some time whether to keep it to convert to IR also. I think its def the best cam for IR as D100 is. This old horse was my first DSLR and really took me a while to give it up. :cry:
