Yup. A Hoya +4 closeup lens for macro is a good choice.

It is called the Lens Adapter - LA-DC52. It looks like this

No problem.
The adaptor allows you to fit on your filters you need (eg +4 close-up filter, cir-pl filter, etc)
W/o the adaptor, you can't fit-on you filters anywhere.

This is not a zoom filter/lens. This is a close-up filter (ie enhanced macro, enhanced detail, though not as good as those +10 or more close-up). This close-up filter is good if you are into macro shots.
