How many Canon A40 owners here?

Finally, i've become a A40-er.........!!!! hehehe....

yeah, before i got any digital camera, i always thought that i want one with iso settings so that i could take night shots. but it turn out that if i uses 400iso things will become grainy.

another thing that i've learnt. :dunno:

now, most of the night shots are taken at 50iso. nothing more than that. and also with tripod and timer.

i'm enjoying my A40.

- anyone know which of those memory cards is the cheapest? the price and the brand.

erm..can I use this cam to take pictures of moving objects, zoom quite far? like across the width of a football feel and also take nightshots?

I intend to buy the A40.. but since this model is quite old.. any news from Canon that they going to have a new A-series model har..... like A50 ??

Can i comfirm wit all of u that the latest price of A40 .. is it $390 with GST and 128 MB memory cost $75 right now..... and also what is the price of adapter .... can the filter mount onto the adapter..... thank......

go AP buy ridata 128 cf at 78 [someone here say 75 la...i got it at 78.]
or 256 CF at abt $150....

regarding adaptor things......CP just quoted me these prices:

I got mine fr MS, try asking quotes from them too.
They can give pretty competitive prices too.
