Still trying to solve the @!$@#%@#$%# problem... :D

Well, I spent 2 weeks worth of toilet and bedtime reading time to solve this @!$@#%@#$%# problem.  :p

I have already typed up the solution and will post it here in 2 weeks time.

In the mean time, keep trying!

[hint] you've gotta draw a line, then everything will be crystal clear...:) [/hint]

Still trying to solve the @!$@#%@#$%# problem... ;(

Wah piang my brain already short circuiting liao... and I always was teerible in maths!!!

the solution is simple. dont think too complex. all the methods except one is already discussed. and the remaining one is elementary.

hmmm... my answer is 20degrees. Spent 10sec solving but dunno if the qn is solved

I got 30 deg. There are 3 triangles with the same angles and another 2 with another same set of angles. Am I right ?

heh, if you think too deep and goes "&%^%(&%)*&", then you're most likely using the wrong method :D

there's two BIG hint above. :p

Add one more -> no complex formula involved. Think outside the box

?? how did you come up with the 3 triangles with same angles and 2 with same angles from????? :dunno:

hmm... i'm stuck also... :(

wah me took at least 30 minutes :( but what I got was 30 degrees too..... but still not sure if my method is correct hhmmmm but I did draw a line and I did try to think out of the box? hhmmmm :dunno:

30 degrees. Using simple geometric formulas.

refresh my memory...
what are the geometry formulas?
I only remember all angles of the triangle add up to 180.. heee.. :dunno:

I am sure this is not the only solution. You are welcomed to post your version here for comparison.

Thanks!

Roy

Don't quite understand, why "Add Point F on side AC such that angle FBC = 20°" ?

Where is the 20° derived from?
