Hi Sigaporeans, can you shoot the Northern Lights from where you are? If so I may bring my tripods when I come over later in the year. Thanks.
Yes you can.
Go to Sembawang Shipyard on the north of Singapore.

Can, but you need to take MRT train 20 times in a row from East to West, cleanse yourself and ensure that you have a Gitzo tripod, Nikon D4S, Nikon 14-24mm, Lee filters & Singh-Ray filters. The Northern Lights in Singapore will only show itself to truly serious photographers. Even if you are perched on top of a Batman spotlight on top of UOB Plaza, it will appear for you and you alone.

this appears to be the hardest part given the unreliability
U can.
