haha. peace... so i go to bro fatigue to clean or go sc?

If seller is paying for it, I recommend you bring to Sigma SC.

If you have to foot the bill yourself, it is up to you to choose which route to go.

i just pm him, haha, likely i am stuck to this problem myself...

Sorry to hear that bro..

I just put his name into my blacklist.

Bro, this looks quite serious and obvious.

u should have checked before completing the sale

however, let the seller have a chance to redeem himself to correct the situation

it helps his reputation in future sales too

p/s fungas just sounds ...... wrong....

OT a bit.. Fungas does really sound wrong... Sounds like a funky fungus:)

Thank you all for enlightening... Will be more careful...

I can understand why you can't see this when dark. =.=

I could be wrong but it looks like "white grease" :)

I think the seller should come here to redeem himself.

And it does seem like fungus, comparing to the photo by bro Dream Merchant...

Luckily they don't seem to be on the glass, so cleaning shouldn't be difficult I guess.

Ok it happens like this... it was at night, at the mrt station... he ask his father come sell for him. This picture is x20? at the point of time when i pick up the lens i can't see this fault... i did ask him if there is any fault and why is he selling the lens...he say no scratch nothing everything perfect... Is when i realise the lens have white dots then i sms him, and pm him here in cs... He told me is manufactoring fault? i was like huh!! ok so i decide to seek your advise lor=) glad i did... this is the first time i am facing this kind of problems.

i did not ask him why he did not tell me there was a fault in the first place... i going to ask him now.

thank you all for your help.

you can bring someone with you to check the lens if you are not sure how to check. my friend also like then, he went to buy 2nd lens and ask me come a along.

we have lot of helpful members here, all you do is to ask, then bring them go eat, no need too expensive, macdonal, burger king can liao.

better luck next time :(

Bro, I also brought a EF70-200 f4 USM from this guy and same he ask his father to deliver the len. Luckliy it was board daylight and I found only some 'white elephand' but using my cam it did not show up on the image.Luckliy I do not see any fungus growing inside, the only problem is he told me the len is a UV but actaully is a UU!Damn!!

HAHA... OMG la... this sounds so damn bad.

this guy really know how to siam~! ask father bring then like that can avoid questions etc.. then just sell..

some people ah.. hmmm hopefully he comes here and clears up all this crap, or his reputation is going down the drain together with all the flood water that we've been having this last few months..

Thank you all for enlightening... Will be more careful...

that's really just underexposed and overexposed

but your eye's DR is better than that - just be more careful next time. if you really have such bad vision, bring a torchlight.

no offense meant, just for your own good.

noted bro... when i buy that time... i really overlooked it ... heng the lens when i put on my cam is perfectly normal so i did not bother...

will bring torch light next time... good idea... thanks bro... night86mare.

From my experience, I think is fungus...... You might want to contact Fatigue to clean it or ask for a refund or something...

i contacted fatigue liao... he say weekend then free =) thanks.:D

either a small touch light or some places whereby its enough light for you to see what's inside the lens clearly you can request to change the spot if its too dark for you to check and its you are the one who paying for it so most seller should agree.

2 bad encounter from cser with that seller. who knows the real seller is the father then cook up a story ? hmmmm
