actually Daredevil is correct.. its more fraud then cheating..

Fraud = wrongful or criminal deception intended to result in financial or personal gain
Cheat = act dishonestly or unfairly in order to gain an advantage in a game or examination

so this case is more or Fraud then cheating..

haha. i don't remember Cheating as having a decription as tt. i remember cheating as "dishonestly or fraudeulent inducing delivery of property". Go hm then see whether I got remember correctly or not. haha

Frankly, it doesn't matter who is the contact. The POINT OF CONTACT should ALWAYS be held responsible, unless you agree otherwise.

Some potentially bogus and fraudulent contacts seem to 'get away' with the 'mother lah father lah friend lah' do the trading for them. That seems to 'absolve' them from complete responsibility ala "Err, my friend say one har! I do'nch know haaarr!"

WHY NOT PUT A STOP TO THEM? Simply refuse to deal with them.
