the thing that I really like about this camera and lens is that you
can just shoot anywhere, f1.7, Fuji Sepheria 400.
Across the table etc
dark cafe is no problem

Have to agree with this. I'm pretty surprised with my M50/1.7 as well. Initially, I worried that I would need the f1.4, but after playing with the 1.7 for a while, it seems to do as well.

That's true. But I wish my 35mm is F1.4 though. Had a bit problem freezing actions when I took some shots in the India Temple ...

Yeah, that one looks really classic  I got a 50/1.2 now, but I still feel the 50/1.4 matches those smaller camera better :)

Yea, I only have left the 50/1.2 :x My precious =)

Looking for a 28/2 soon :x ... or an 31/1.8 ^^

What's your favourite film btw? For me I like the Japan Uxi 100 ^^

Anyway, any does own a K2  ?

I haven't used many films, only Kodak Gold 100, Fuji Superia 100, Fuji Reala 100, China brand b&w. So far I like Reala 100 the best. Still got quite a few Reala 100 and China brand b&w film, don't think I'd try other film anytime soon :)

K2 is a good cam, got aperture priority. But hard to find one in good working condition though.

Try fotohub - they have a range of scanning services for consumers and higher level users, i.e. frame by frame scans if you need ultra high res. Otherwise, their 16 base scans are quite good enough for me.

For developing film, colour I'd go to konata, for B+W I'd go for ruby. I've tried Fei Fei before, but they're more expensive than ruby.

Hmm, I thought I read somewhere they outsource it to FotoHub? For colour prints, I think...
