Having Fun with Shooting Film

FA43 Ltd on Fujifilm Provia 100. There's a certain 3D quality to shooting film with FA ltds that DSLRs can't replicate.

Darn it. Now you've made me regret selling away the FA43... almost. ;p
Got some shots with the M50/1.7 + MX printed out recently. Pretty good output but I didn't shoot wide open much since it was a sunny day. Will scan 'em overnight or so.

Pentax MX + M50/1.7 + Ilford Delta 400
(Should have opted for 100 since it was a sunny day. Widest I went was f2.8 at max 1/1000sec)

Thanks Lawrence. Guess i will stick to Kodak BW400CN since i like the result and cheaper to develope and scan by the lab.

I shot a photo of him talking with the one beside him,he's pretty unique. He saw me and ask do u want to take a photo of me? of coz i agreed lah. I really have to thank them for the patience i took to set my exposure and compose and focus before i snap the shot. I think bryan peterson also took a similar shot like this in little india.... haha... im just mimicking him... Can't wait to see yours!

Nice shots of your lovely daughter Lawrence, she is very adorable. If you really need to use flash, better is to bounce it as newborns eyes are weak. Why not just get a fast lens and use natural light.

Thanks Bro,ya i do bounce it, the light is to strong for baby eyes & i always try not to use
flash on her to often,but she is very happy to see me holding the camera & point at her cos
she know she can look at herself after the shot has taken but offcos not on film..:bsmilie:
