It's been a few weeks since I last shot landscapes, busy with other stuff. As a result, I missed many spectacular sunsets and sunrises, only able to shoot them with my phone. Today, I finally had the time to catch the sunset, and the weather seemed good enough. At 5 plus when I started driving, the light and clouds were amazing but I was a long way from my destination. When I finally arrived at Lower Peirce Reservoir, all the dark clouds have started to block the sun and I only managed to get one decent photo. Oh wells, hope for better luck next time!

Happy 2016!!
I went really early to find a spot to camp for the fireworks, but decided not to position myself together with the rest of the photographers because I wanted more unique photos. I intended to include the crowd in my photos, and managed to camp at a suitable location, eventually getting the kind of shots I visualised beforehand.

#280-great shot!
beautiful where is this place?
and can we know what gears you used![]()
The watching couple on the left, completes the picture for me. Perhaps I should be doing more of watching with wife during the moments of fireworks rather than shooting ;p
Happy New Year bro, hope to see more nice images from you.
