hi
care sharing the location and how to access to get this shot?
thank you!

Here's one from last night's fireworks at the River Hongbao. I decided to attempt to shoot from a spot away from the tons of photographers present at the floating platform. This was a challenging one that required stitching to form the panorama. Glad that it didn't give me much problems in the end. The bright light on the right of the fireworks isn't the moon, but a spotlight.

Hi any tips on how to get rid of the smoke from the fireworks?
Thanks in advance
To include many fireworks shots together in one photo, you can stack the different photos together in photoshop as layers, and set the layer styles to 'lighten', it's pretty easy actually if you already know the basics. As for the smoke, this time I didn't do much to remove it. Firstly, I chose only the cleaner shots that I had to include in the final photo. For those shots that still had some smoke, I will use the masking tool in photoshop and 'erase' off the smokier areas.
Hope this brief explanation helps! It would be a really long post if I were to explain it in details.![]()

Hi quailmaster, I explained to someone else in a previous post. You can take a look at it below. But the best way is to make sure you capture the first few fireworks burst correctly, because those are the clean ones that are smoke free.
nice capture as usual~ can u share what is your setting for fireworks? realise you usually can capture the full bloom of the fireworks..thx!
Nice shotWere you on the Singapore Flyer? is tripod allowed?
Thanks.
Thx for sharing but for 4-5 sec, do u time the shutter just when they fire off?
Or do u recommend 1-2 sec just before they burst? Thx again
