but as a side note, i just got the 15mm f4.5 voigtlander lens recently.. haha, the MF is damn fast! freaking 98% of everything is in focus... must see the f22 zone focusing markings, like all the way at the bottom of the lens.. haha

Must catch up with you sometimes to play with your Voit lenses... and get myself poisoned... ha ha ha...

haha yeah soon soon.. been too busy.. :)

I missed the image quality from full frame DSLR. But I wouldn't have taken so many pics if I had carried the heavy DSLR with me.

The Lumix 7-14mm is really a very nice lens.
The 14-42mm is an average performer.
The 17mm is least used cos it doesn't offer much advantage over the 14-42mm lens other than size.
I'm selling the Lumix 45-200mm. Too big and not really sharp, especially towards the tele end.

Hi!

Was wondering if I am using manual shooting, and the lcd screen is abit lousy for EP1, isn't it as good as shooting blindly?

Can advise if this is true?

Very good set Bro!

Can I check with you, which lens did you use for picture no. 7 from the top? The fruit seller image.

Thanks!

Yes, Lumix superwide.
Saw some stores carrying the lens recently at about #1400. I've paid about $150 more ordering from overseas. :(

I think my harddisk just crashed. Couldn't startup my computer.
Had not been backing up my files for about 3 months. Which means all my E-P1 pictures gone!
Any idea of any data recovery service?

That's crap... sorry to hear that.
There is a data recovery company at The Signature, Changi. Level 8. The company is CBL. You can call them to see how they can help you.

CLICK HERE to see their website. Going to cost you, though.

Try DIY first, if it's not too serious, take out the hard disk, place inside a hard disk enclosure and downloading something recovery programs on a spare laptop e.g. from Quetek http://www.quetek.com/ usually helps recover most of it..........though your file structure gets messed up, and you got to poke around a bit...

They sell just the cables (USB-SATA/IDE) in funan/sls...think ~20 bucks, quite useful, fits both 2.5 and 3.5" disks
