G11 and S90 Arrival and Prices in SINGAPORE !!!!!

I havnt have a G10 or G9 yet... Since G11 is out soon, Shd I buy G10 or G11? that is my question actually

I would suggest waiting for the G11. Unless you're buying 2nd hand. Now, lots of people are selling their G10 in the B&S.
I would think the G11 will show improvements in image quality over the G10, but probably not that significant in a 4R print, and it's never going to equal even a basic DSLR.

I think the G11 could be appearing in the stores next mth :)

seriously buy G10 2nd hand now isnt too worth it!!! becuz obviously if G11 is selling 700+ G10 will be <700 right?

But now, G10 2nd hand it ard 600+ which is not worth to pay soon to be retail price for 2nd hand now right?
 

can trade in G10 .. n change to G11 during the launch at oct 2009

Have a contact at Canon. Won't be out in Sept.

For myself, I reckon the extra range (24 - 140) on the G11 would be better and the tilt screen, 2.8 vs 3 inch (G11 vs G10), are pluses. It's been tested that the G10 vs the Pansonic LX3 (smaller MP), the LX3 came out better than the G10, even at lower MP. More pixels in a small sensor does not equate to better pixel, at least not in the G10's case.

now buy & sell section alot of people already clearing their G10......
I just bought a G10 a few mths ago also .... :(
 

Expect a new G10 to be in the $600 ish range.

I would either go for G11 or LX3.

$799 nett at MS Color cash ....... just was there tonight..... should be getting it this weekend

they give an 8g card and some kind of pouch or cleaning kit
