Again it would depend on the situation :) SOme dogs are not comfortable with something so close to thier face. I always try to get a mix of both shots if possible.

Its a scar left over from a bacterial infection due to cat flu. It wont get worse but the cloudiness might stay with him though life.
 

Looks like serious cataract, which is not.

Is his movements slow due to the eye condition?
 

Its prob due to untreated cat flu before they found him. He is a little timid but still brave enough to explore slowly :D Hope he can get used to his new brothers and sisters at his new home!
