hi guys
qn: I hve set my iso auto range fr 200-3200, each time I went into Q and change fr Basic to Custom and back to Basic. the iso limit always change to 200-800
did I buy a lemon?
or is it normal?
No it's not a lemon, it's juicy mandarin orange
sometimes i also accidentally switch it to Custom setting. No choice have to preset the C1, C2 and C3
lol.. thanks for confirming it is not a lemon but a mandarin orange..
Bros, there will be an auto show "Tokyo auto salon" coming up this weekend. Was thinking of bringing my x100s to shoot, do you think it's wide enough to shoot the cars there based on your experience??
Too wide to shoot babes. With the crowd, may not be wide enough to shoot the cars.
found out that the setting done to Custom took over as "std" when I switch fr custom back to Basic in Q menu
Funny programming IMHO
X100s is a fixed lens camera.. so what is the 50mm f1.8 for?
Been thinking if I should sell my Nikon 24-70mm f2.8 and just get an x100s and a 50mm 1.8g instead.
What do you guys think? Is it worth it?

Interesting. It makes sense indeed. The 24-70mm f2.8 is heavy, you go out with your DSLR + 50mm 1.8g and a X100s, the total weight reduces and you have more flexibility.
