Love your first shot, blur background with clear subject.
At first thought that it's black & white until I notice that the ear is different.
Work fine for me as her back with B&W create that kind of mood.
Is she posing as Yu Kanda from D.Gray-man(one of my favourite anime:lovegrin

A bit weird for the first pic as it look fake like the subject is cut & paste into the blur picture
Most noticeable at the feets.
As for the 2nd pic, I can't really comments as I don't know how to appreciate flash use out door @ night?
Always feel that flash create this unnatural look & don't bend well with the surrounding.
The posing for me is ok & she look cute too in that dress & rose(feel a bit too fully grown liao, maybe a smaller rose will get better result, just my 2 cents).
