Fuji X100 - Part 2

I still prefer the ITTOU. It kinda last longer than the original and the cheap one. I think 4 batteries can last at least for the next few years.

How much did you get the ITTOU battery for Wilson?

And where too? Thanks in advanced!

Orient. You guys may want to check a shop on the second floor that sell batteries at SLS. Price wise is cheaper than original but the batteries there are superb.

just yesterday got my 49mm adapter and the hood + hercules battery for my x100 all for $60

not too bad

Dear All,

sorry that if my post in the wrong thread.

I have a question that

* does Fuji x100 original case close properly with just the original lens cap attached? (NOT adapter ring/hood/filter)

It seems a bit difficult for me to close the case properly. I'm afraid to give a force to close it properly in order not to damage the lens.

thanks for letting me ask.

Yeah it should.

As with things new, the leather case need to be stretched and then it will be seasoned.

Gosh. x100 may be expensive but it is not a kuniang too...can man handle a bit lah~~

Any shop to recommend for buying X100?

Parisilk at Holland V is highly recommended. Look for Kevin. He's the boss there.

My suggestion is to upgrade the card to Sandisk Ultra at least. Not really speed issue (can be depending on expectation) but really about card reliability issues.

As for prints, 120 prints cost is really negligible so asking for extra battery may not work but still no harm trying.

Anyway congrats on getting the camera~

Hello~!! I fell in love with x100~~!!! I want to get it but i dunno if i should~

I know got some restrictions like its fixed lens.. but i simply love the quality of the photos it produce....

how??!~!! *excited*

Just go search for np-95 on eBay.

There's a Hong Kong guy selling original battery less than sgd$15. Looks like the original to me. It comes with the box and even a manual. It's 1800mAh, similar to the one that came with the X100.

I've tested it with after a single charge and it can take eleven 10-minute videos before it ran out of power.

to me, zoom is over rated. Just go see how many photos you really use zoom. And even if you do use zoom, high chance they are 'sniper' shots and not very ...errr....enticing picture.

There are good alternatives in Singapore and having a manual doesn't mean it is original too. Seen too many good fakes around nowadays. If there's a problem, at least can bang some table here...

hello all,

i have a one question to ask about X100.

I notice that My X100 lens area (not the center glass, the whole lens in physically) feels abit of movement (shakiness) when u touch and shake by your finger purposely.

Is that normal (or) does anyone have the same as mine? Pls help.

Thanks.
