Change to Shutter Priority is the most obvious method. Try using a fast shutter speed.
If the photo appears too dark, then bump up the ISO as needed. Hope this helps.

thanks bro michhy, do i have to use the halfway down focus then press full thingy? or just press full down. cause the pictures always turn out blurry. or is it my shaky hands?

wait a minute, do you mean your photos turn out blur because they subject is:
1. out of focus?
2. moving too fast?
3. BOTH

if your answer is:
1. then perform a focus-lock first.
a) manual focus, or
b) focus-lock by aiming at something of the same distance of the subject

2. then follow my initial advise

3. use BOTH my answers, lol

p/s: each time I look at my forum avatar, I wanna laugh coz the two black dots on the nose is damn funny! LOL!!! :bsmilie:

Dont get the S5600, it has MAJOR sensor dust problem (eventho non-SLR)
Look at my avatar picture, the two big dark dots are sensor dust! LOL :bsmilie:
Just kidding, go get it, it's a great camera!

I'm thinking of getting a wide-conversion lense with an affordable price.
The one I saw previously had a mag factor of 0.7x, still thinking if I should get it...

its ok...coz we r all newbies putting our heads together to become an expert :D

a polarizer is a filter used on your camera. it can reduce reflection from reflective glaring subjects and tone down those shots to produce clearer result. mich introduce tat to me :) . as for our cam, just get the 55mm one... and no need to buy any extra adapter.
