First of all, his charge does not carry caning as no violence involved. Secondly, he is first timer, cannot impose CT or CPD sentences.

If u read the charge correctly, it's not rape. It's underage sex with a minor. He enticed her but never force on her leh... So not able to impose caning as according to the Penal Code..
