Note:

During the fireworks shooting, if you don't want your behind to be kicked, make sure your flash is off.

haha......in more extreme cases u will have your tripod pushed over into the Kallang river.......... ;p

I was at Cosy Bay last night and looks like an excellent place to shoot the fireworks...

We probably have to buy drinks there though...
I'll try to post a shot tonight..

Anyone knows exactly which area will the fireworks be over??

it is not a seed, it is a fireworks shooting. Everyone is welcome.

Just want to check after meeting at Cathay Photo @ Peninsula,
are you taking taxi there?

If driving there, any problems?
Is there parking lots nearby the shooting location?

Best to take public transport then walk. Driving is not recommended as a number of roads will be closed.

995 is usable. Best if you have the MC-EU1 remote as well.

the roads along cosy bay/pebble bay will be closed ard 5 - 6plus..
so best to go there early n camp...

but alot of pple do illegal parking along double yellow...
i did tat last wk... :D

What about those who drive??? Do they park the car near CP and take a bus to Cosy/Pebble Bay??? If it's confirmed at Cosy Bay, I may go there straight...

N.B. Actually that evenening supposed to have IPPT... anyone knows how to postpone IPPT? Any number to call?

if u driving, can try parking near the old air port market, or kallang KFC/Mac, then go to main road heading towards ECP n take bus 158 in to the roundabout below pebble bay..

PS.. me having IPPT too.. at bedok camp... u? :p

About 57,000 spectators are expected to view this parade.
To facilitate the traffic arrangements for the two events, the following roads will be closed to vehicular traffic
from 2.00 p.m. to 9.30 pm.:

a. Jalan Benaan Kapal;
b. Stadium Boulevard;
c. Stadium Crescent;
d. Stadium Drive;
e. New Stadium Drive;
f. Stadium Lane;
g. Stadium Link;
i. Stadium Walk.



To facilitate the fireworks display for this event,
the following roads will also be closed to vehicular traffic
from 7.35 p.m. to 8.00 p.m.

a. Nicoll Highway between Mountbatten Road and Bras Basah Road.

b. Mountbatten Road between Old Airport road and Guillemard Road.
