yeah, it's really a great cam! BUT, maybe I'm prejudiced and staying that way.. :bsmilie:

Any more users? seem so few....

Curious, what do you use your S9500 to shoot anyway?

I paid about $600aud for the 54mf-4i metz flash and an extra $24aud for the standard 301 foot. The gruppo manfrotto 055 black tripod i paid $800aud with extras for the tripod. Yes the metz 54mf-4i flash has TTL function with the supplyed 3402 hot shoe foot, but not if you take this hot shoe foot off and add the standard 301 foot. I bought this metz flash as possible upgrade to a future DSLR fuji or nikon camera.

envy...

The lens seems soft..

i agree with you... maybe need to specify what aperture lah... maybe he was shooting wide open... or at the ends of the range... hence a bit softer...

Lens too soft means, photos taken with the lens are not sharp. Shooting at smaller aperture f/5.6-f/11 can improve picture quality (sharpness). Lenses tend to give soft pictures when used at widest aperture or longest end of the focal length.

yoyoyo people,
close up filter can stack ah?
so two +4 filter = +8 ?
want to try take closeup .. so wat i need? please list them down. ;p

and btw... which external FLASH should i get?

THANK U

Hi, i'm newbie here and trying to find some information about the S9000. But from the picture you post, the close up shots seems like not sharp enough... is this the nature of this camera?? Because i'm planning to get of of this....

maybe my skill sucks....maybe let other sifu to comment... hehe...
anyway, i felt that my old s602 picture is more colourful and sharper leh...any comment on this?

Ive just got the 9500 and find it very comfortable to use. The media door I found to be very flimsy, but with some "Bluetac" placed on the inside around the hinge area and lower door has solved the problem. The twist zoom is great and very responsive. The macro is also great. Disapointed with the anti shake though. It just ups the ISO to increase the shutter speed. As far as print quality is concerned, I am still testing. Currently I am not seeing much difference from the S7000 which is 6MP. Will update more latter.

Is there excessive fuzziness at the corners of images?

i;m so confused which flash to get for my s9500 -_-"
1mth+ liao.. still havent decide,,,..

sb28..
sb600..
and???....
