Worcell Singapore has them. You can order online at their site or go to MHT electronics at SLS. Address is available at their site.
The reason why you can't find it is because they never update for the NP-50. It is the same battery as the Kodak KLIC-7004, which was what I got. So far it's holding the charge quite good.

It is given by some of the dealers on top of the free gifts that are bundled with the camera under Fujifilm's GSS promotion. I got mine from South Asia Computers for $529 with the additional free (third party) spare battery.is it under singapore great sale promotion ?

Is the pink band issue still around? Any recent owners care to post some ISO400 and above shots? Btw, does the recent batch come with the new firmware directly?

What pink band issue? Didn't see any pink band problems in my shots even though the firmware version is not 1.02.
Anyway, my camera came with firmware version 1.01. It is very easy to update the firmware to 1.02 though. Just copy the firmware onto a SD card via a card reader and put it into camera to update the firmware.

i read inthe bns forum that it only sell now for S$470 only.

When did u buy ur F100fd? Some from the dpreview forums mentioned the issue aggravates when the temperature of the sensor rises, so perhaps if you take a few shots then rest the camera and snap again, it wun show...

Bought mine about 2 weeks ago.
History of Fuji's SuperCCD and other brand's earlier generations of CCD all gets bery hot after long usage and exhibit some hot pixel noises. My previous Fuji 6900z will have red snow after 20-30 mins of shooting. The f100fd I have so far doesn't exhibit any noise or banding, I assume it should be a specific few units/batches.
But YMMV..

So this is a well-known issue with the SuperCCD? Wow, so is it likely that most of the new F100fd owners will not experience it if they do not operate the device for >15min continuously?
