Good practise for reallife in the working world next time ... where sometimes, working 3 or 4 days non stop no breaks no sleep is totally normal.

The most I have done in the studio was 4 days and 3 nights no sleep. Sometimes, when I style, the shoots go from 20 - about 36 hours non-stop as in dun haf time to sit down and eat oso but that's cos of client's last minute everything oso wan to change.
