Is it? I through EF-S is for canon DSLR camera which was not FF and the focal length should be equal to those conventional lenses. That what I know for digital lenses.
Pls enlighten me if I was wrong. Any web site for ref.

EF-S designated lenses just mean that the image circle of the lens is not made for a full 35mm image plane (such as film or FF). All focal lengths, regardless of whether EF-S or EF, are still subject to the 1.6x crop factor on an APS-C body.
