it's uob credit card.

since the hawag 256mb card is around $100, it's only around $99 more than alan photo or ms colour.

furthermore the outfront is very little.

for those who know something about investment, you would know that if i save this $1800 and invest in the current stock market, my returns would definately be more than the $99 more.

it's all about opportunity cost of your money

you seem pretty well informed on the camera scene.
I am startin out on the dslr and was wondering about getting the 300D

this is my starting package,

1) 300D kit with lens
2) 1 GB compact flash
3) camera Bag (perhaps lowepro)
4) Camera stand
5) Spare batt

any idea what would the above cost?

any other stuff good to get when startin out?
