If singapore so few units, the price sure quite high... the retailers sure use that as an excuse to jack up the price... if that is the case, i rather buy in USA when I am going there this July... maybe can buy one more for anyone interested here...

i think other shops should have too...but most likely all are reserved....i dun mind going to peninsula everyday at 9am and bug them to sell one unit to me :bsmilie: , my school is just upstairs

I agree with Mystix :thumbsup: As a prospective 10D owner, I intend to wait till after the official Canon launch... who knows, by then, CP and AP may give away the same promotional goodies at 15% less than Canon's price (as these retailers have done in the recent D100 promotion!!)... anyway... D60 owners should not despair the rate Canon replaces its cameras, 10D owners (me included) will be using their cameras as paperweights in 12 months time :dunno: as the 20D will be the next big thing

Limited sets of EOS 10D is being distributed to all the Canon Authorize camera shop today.

IMO, Due to the attractive pricing of 10D, there will be the same worldwide shortage of the camera as of the EOS D60 launch situation.

Some of the current EOS D60 owner had to wait 3 - 6 months for the new stocks to arrive before they could get their hands on one.

Due to the current Price war of Camera Shops, those who are getting the EOS 10D will need not pay a High Premium for it.

IMO, Estimated Street Price with GST $2750 - $2900.

Then again, there’s limited sets of EOS 10D.
