I think comng from Nikon and being new to Olympus, and particularly you have such high demands on the performance of this already high-performing camera which has features galore, I think u owe it to yourself to actually read the manual on the CD.....twice over. Otherwise, you will find that you are not utilizing the full potential of the camera. For me, I have owned and used more than 13 olympus cameras now. Even after so long, I have to honestly say that I probably only use up to about 60-70% of the camera's features. For eg. I dun use art filters, I dun utilize the 9fps, face detection, eye detection, etc etc. I find the camera plenty fast already for my needs so the 0.002s difference in speed, I dun actually feel it. Maybe to the speed aficionados, the best that Olympus can offer is still not as good as the Nikon D7000 for eg, but the EM5 is already too good for my needs already.
Yah...you should go read the manual....not the paper version but the pdf version.
