Wicked combi! If only adapter is silver, still can't find one in silver though, closest was white metabones...does yours infinity focus?

It's a Voigtlander, albeit quite well used till all the wordings have worn out. :)

EDIT: I think if there's a focus beyond infinity, it is very slight.

Well, the Voigtlander one is well built, and maybe at best ... 0.1 mm off the flange.

Hey everyone, just got my Silver SLK today!

Can someone do me a favour? Does the mode dial wriggles up and down when you try to wriggle it up and down? Must it be stiff?

Thanks!

Don't look for problems! If you investigate long enough and wriggle every part strong enough you will always find an issue sooner or later. It's called the dpreview syndrome.

Thanks for your advice! :D

Mine is firm since day one I bought my black EM5.

Yup, I have a good old black one, too. Came with firmware 1.0.

Mine's black and has a little bit of play. No big deal, really. It's not about to come off (i hope). The clicks are solid, tho.

Mine wriggles a little too. But it's still lovely and clicks solidly.

End of the day, it doesn't affect what I want to do or how I use it at all.

If you did not bring this up, I would not have even noticed.

If you look too hard, there will be faults, no matter how perfect something is.

Just move on and be happy you have her in your hands right now. :)

You want to wriggle? Wriggle in ecstasy the beauty in your grasp.

The reason why I was asking because I'm just afraid this might be a flaw thus affecting the weather seal feature of the cam. :)

Just joking around with you lah. :)

Good to check good to check. :D

Silver body only set ....

Body only box is smaller, obviously.

Have to agree that silver is indeed nicer than the black. But the black is definitely way stealthier and more under the radar. Silver goes better with silver lens though. The black goes well with panasonic black lenses.

Anyone can share his experience with manually setting the IS focal length? It seems that it is particularly important to set the focal length to the actual focal length of the manual lens. Anything too long will lead to some degree of overcompensation. The IS is otherwise great.

Lol looks like i am not the only crazy fella who has a big and smaller box :p
