well, your colleague only had a feel, which may very well be a personal reaction to stresses due to cultural differences. i've encounter people who demonstrated real fear of surveillance in several other countries before while doing site studies.

when i drive along PIE, AYE, CTE, i'll say, yes big brother is watching... with every 2 lamp post... i can feel his eyes of sauron watching from above...
but when i enter KJE... i literally see him talk to me... telling me... 70km/hr, big brother will take a photo of me if i exceed... and the funny sh!t is til today, i dun see that cam... guess its an invisible warning... (do i hear you.... u... u... u.. u.. u..) :bsmilie:

well, KJE as an 'expressway' itself is a joke... how to call it an 'EXPRESS' when the speed is only 70km/hr?
i literally dunno how to drive in that speed, its so hard, press abit of fuel, 75-80, then must relax, then wait for it to go down to 65... wat a hassle...
