Say guys and gals, who's gamed for another D90 outting har?
I know, but you're talking about 100mm filters leh... Not 85mm (from hitech / cokin / tian-ya).
When you size up, everything goes up.
Edit: If you want quality 10 stop filter that is in 100 x 100mm form your ONLY option is Lee... Why 100mm? It will not vignette on 77mm threaded wide lenses (10-24/11-16/12-24 UWA uses 77mm).

Thanks for the info. Just another question, I heard ND110 is a screwed in filter? Your foundation kit has 3 slots ah. 80 bucks for UWA ring, meaning if wanna attach to another diff size lens, need to pay separately for another sized ring?
Yes B+W ND110 is a screw in filter.
The other option of 10 stop filter in square slot in size is Lee's Big Stopper.
Foundation kit you can modify the slots between 1 and 3. You can remove the slots if you don't use them. I only use 2 slots.
For most of us, we just get the 77mm ring. Then, if we want to use the filter holder with smaller lens, we use step down rings.
About time we had 1 haha. Not only D90 la. Anyone oso can :bsmilie:

Now I die-die, confirm am sooooo going for Kenko Zeta C-PL filter... situation solved!
Though i know the purpose for a CPL filter but i havent really seen the need or came to a situation in which i would want to use it yet. :bsmilie:
To reduce glare of non-metal surfaces - makes your colours richer! Eg. when you shoot fish pond, you can see the through water surface better! When you shoot through glass, you can see the details beyond the glass better! (eg, see a star sipping kopi inside starbucks, but you're standing outside the window).... a few of the many valid reasons to have the C-PL!
Edit: I shoot small tank models, glare from the strong lights can be better reduced...
Haha i seldom shoot such situations.
I haven't listed all the situations... :bsmilie:
haha. BTW response for outing hasnt been very gd :bsmilie:
Must be too much poisoning going on... :bsmilie:

Forgot to mention I got ND400. Kiasu bought this then realized it's too dark. Camera can't focus. Every time need to screw off filter to focus. Damn sian![]()
Actually I bring the following with me for morning shoots:
ND8
GND4, GND8
Big stopper, 10 stops... meaning= ND1024
CPL
And decide on the spot, which filters to use, or not at all.
