Nope, but have thought about it... However, after calculating how much effort you need to go into doing the props, and lightings... I just got lazier and lazier thinking about it... :bsmilie: Why not you lead the discussion on the next D90 outing, since you're more experienced? Sharing your knowledge might tempt others into trying it since it maybe fun - a chance to test out the shutter speeds and continuous shutter releases.

Should be refering to the poisonous 35mm f/1.8... A typo or mix-up perhaps? ;)

:thumbsup:agreed! I thought abt this as well. But when I mentally went through the steps, I started feeling tired... haha

yo bro..yeah it's a good way to kill time..haha..especially when there's nothing to do @ home..

me no experienced larr..still experimenting with various settings

most of the time, i use shutter mode, with iso 200,shutter speed 200 with flash, aperture of 5.6 (cause normally i zoom all the way in on my kit lens) :dunno:

just feel pretty fascinated cause i'll get new surprises everytime i shoot.

but lots of patience is required to get just a few nice ones..from the hundreds of pictures..

maybe bros here interested can add me on FB to view the noob albums i've taken so far.. ian_wui@hotmail.com

another of my fav..

I'm afraid that time is all that I can ill-afford... Apart fron hanging around the CS, all my time is spent on work and family... :bsmilie: I prefer instant settings... like going to a sports related or action based outtings to max out the continuous shoots and shutter speeds.

But I might give water droplets a go when I'm too weak and feeble to go outside... :bsmilie:

speaking of which, i've never brought my camera out of the house b4..

What are you trying to do? Encourage an endemic fungi community? For goodness sake, bring it out for some good clean UV ray exposure lah! :bsmilie:

I never brought out my old SLR (film days), and look what happened to it now... a happy fungi colony, now coming to 3rd generation already!

So I see some people using Tokina 11-16 and Nikon 12-24. May I know how often you are using 11-14mm range?

u tried shooting at pandan reservoir b4?
