Just got my D90 from OP a few days ago. Paid $1360 for the body alone. I believe they still have a few set of D90 bodies. Try your luck guys.

Warrenty Set. I got the Nikon Singapore Warrenty Card. I did check for the Kit, apprently they are out of stock for kit. Only body left. As for the a8-200mm, I think they have the lens but it is not bundled with the D90.

why would the 18-200mm be bundle together with the d90 when it is not a kit lens in the first place...

When I went to shanghai, an authorized Nikon agent quoted me 7100 RMB for D90 with 18-105. That comes up to around $1500 SGD. I did not get as it is Local China warranty set (All china including HK). The salesman say can be international warranty, just bring receipt and warranty card to Nikon singapore to get endorsed. I did not get. I am thinking maybe go back there and get, since I fly in and out of there.

There is no warranty for bodies (do not believe the salesppl) only local warranty.

But since you travel so often there it should not be a problem, cos you can claim warranty in Shanghai.

Thanks for the heads up. I did not really believe him also. Anyway, I spend more time in Singapore nowadays. I think better get in SG. Home-base better.

D90 kit and a 4Gb SD card for $1670 with GST at Paris Silk, Transit Road. Just got mine yesterday... can't resist the thrll of peering down a proper viewfinder and the satisfying sound of the shutter mechanism!

Most likely that is their sale tactics. But beware that prices sold at IT shows are always marked at RRP. The only thing is that they throw freebies. ( Most of the time, they are quite useless ).

Guys/gals, just wanna share that you CAN bargain at HN. Got my D90 kit at HN Funan a couple of mths ago. Got the same/better price than quoted at John 3:16, AP etc..
