anyways...

if not for the higher pixel density and supposedly higher(better) iso count, ..there is nothing much more about D7K than, say D300s (which has 51 AF and insignificantly higher fps)

imho, i think just these 2 above will assist in worrying lesser about the need to have too fast a lens in future.. >> means...save money in long run

Nikon D7000 Product Launch Registration fully occupied - 20 Oct 2010
NPS Singapore would like to thank you for your interest in the Nikon D7000 Product Launch.
However due to overwhelming response, the registration is fully filled.

Only selected registrants will be receiving an email on 22nd Oct 2010(Friday) with the full details of the event on the 27th Oct 2010.

Selected registrants will need to present their NPS card during the registration.

The invitation is non-transferrable.

We apologised that this is an invite only event and only selected registrants will gain access to the venue.

i'm guessing, we'll not see this equipment on local stores until after this official launch date... no matter, a few days more... afterall, waited for some time already

The camera will be available for retail on 28 Nov Oct onwards.

And on 29 Oct, we (the 120+) who registered in the kopi session thread will have the kopi session and molest it/them.

the partial alloy body, the dual SD card are pretty good features...
it would be nice to c how much details the new processor can capture compare to d300s
