But I do remember sometime back I help someone to bring a few old as well as brand new lenses(without the boxes) for a friend who bought them online in Singapore. So I guess its cheaper here.

Just saw from a popular Hong Kong retailer's website the price of D700 has gone up a little, I remember it was HK$22,800 when it was launched end July, but now it shows HK$23,940. (today exchange rate S$1=HK$5.515), so I guess its now not worth to buy in HKG.

SB-900 is now selling at HK$3,759.

sis, $2000 add a bit more like $100 from gahmen.. can get D300 oredi. D90 is not a big choice when it is out.

i aim for fx but in d50 mould... (maybe have to wait nong nong)

now satisfying myself with d50 + the 18-55mm vr + 55-200mm vr combo
the two lens to rule them all !!! (both add up less than $1000/-; where to find)
